[REVIEW] Upside Down Dogs by Serena Hodson
A dog truly is a person’s best friend, and in this delightful coffee table book by photographer Serena Hodson we see our pets in all their glory—the big, small, long, short, whimsical and serious side of them. Oh, and they’re upside down, of course.
For some reason each dog’s personality comes out best from that angle, and these heart-warming and hilarious photos give us insight into the ‘secret life’ of the average Pug, Blue Heeler and Border Collie.
From elaborately staged set-ups (English Bulldogs passed out after gorging on scones, jam and cream) to in-the-moment shots (take a look at the before and after photos of soon to be Beagle-mum Poppy and her clan), this is the most adorable book in existence. Unless you’re a cat person—then avoid this at all costs.
